** During the summer months, this vacation rental is for a 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday stay only! **
This tastefully decorated beach home offers 4+ bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Easy off street parking in driveway. There is also a two car garage remaining for storage of all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 SEAT SURREY BIKE, OVERSIZED BEACH CART, TRI-BIKE and 7 bikes from children to adults bikes, etc. First floor has laundry room with new washer and dryer, 1 BR with queen bed, 2nd BR with twin over twin bunk and full bed, 3rd BR with queen bed and private bath, as well as, hall bath. Each of the bedrooms has its own ceiling fan as well as TV.
Second floor ( main floor) includes a large (both covered and uncovered) deck with ceiling fan, outdoor dining area and furniture, accessible from sliding glass doors from both the living room and dining room. There also exists a large cathedral ceiling living room with hardwood floors, gas fireplace ,big screen TV and large sectional seating area with a pull out full sized bed.
Dining area features a large family table with seating for 8 plus 4 folding chairs for added guests for your dining pleasure. There is a gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen featuring an island with 4 counter stools along with granite counter tops. Off to the side you will find a large pantry and powder room. A MBR with king bed, large ceramic tiled bath, walk in closet and TV finish off this floor. All full bathrooms feature ceramic tile.
3rd floor another full room with pull out queen sleeper bed, big screen TV with video game console, sliding doors to a gorgeous covered deck with 4 seat bar and a 4 seat table and chairs and lighted artificial palm tree - BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS!
There is an enclosed outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach! The entire home has both Hulu Live for streaming as well as the fastest WIFI internet connection. The exterior of the home has paver walkways and a fenced yard with gas grill for those summer cookouts along with another outdoor table and four chairs as well as an umbrella.

PERFECT!

Beautiful beach home during Christmas vacation
When entering the home, we were delighted to see the owner displayed Christmas decorations with a beachy theme. The home has three beautifully decorated levels with ample space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy their favorite movie on the big screened TV in the living room, which also has access to all the major streaming platforms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed to cook all meals for your family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you will as well! Thank you Stephen!

Wildwoodcrest at its Best
This house is hard to beat. Modern, 3 years old, 4 large bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, huge kitchen with open floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, pantry, 2 decks, outdoor shower,and grill.. 2 car garage and 4 blocks from the beach. Home owners are great people, he reached out to us and offered us the use of his bikes, awsome beach cart, beach chairs, and games. We had a great vacation!

Steve’s summer home is the perfect place for your beach vacation, and Steve’s communication and attention to detail matches his homes greatness. Great week in a fantastic well appointed home
This house had everything. We had a family of 7 all 20+ relaxing in a luxury home for a beautiful week in Wildwood. We brought too much beach stuff down. This home is equipped with several beach chairs, 2 umbrella's and a beach cart to get it to the ocean. We also cruised around on the 6 or 7 bikes in the garage so no need to bring one. The beach is a 5 min walk and the boardwalk entrance is right there. We mostly had dinners in but the kitchen was so well equipped meal prep was easy and we grilled a lot. Everything was impeccably clean and we are already booked for next year!

Beautiful, spacious house 4 blocks from the beach. Clean, modern, and plenty of room for two families of 5. Extremely well stocked kitchen, as well as bikes and beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys. Would definitely stay here again!

This is was large, beautiful, very clean and perfect for families. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The property was close to the beach and close to restaurants and supermarket. Our family had a wonderful time in this home as I'm sure others will also!

Wonderful experience!
This was a great place for our family! We had 11 people, including 4 granddaughters. They loved having their own room to hang out together. The other rooms were lovely and the location is nice! Not too far from the beach and boardwalk, about 4 blocks. The owner is great to work with, and provides many amenities in the house. We would definitely stay here again!
