Close to the centre, quiet, spacious, keen price, and very comfortable. Our only concern was that the matresses were a bit saggy and I discovered a sizeable stain on one of them. Otherwise excellent and we would definitely stay again

It would have been worth upgrading to a canal view room as my room faced the Main Street which was very noisy. There is no lift and very narrow stairs make heavy suitcases difficult. There is no aircon so my room was very hot.

During my recent stay at the Bilderberg Garden Hotel in Amsterdam, I had a mixed experience that warrants a detailed review. While there were some positives, certain aspects left much to be desired, leading to my rating of 3 out of 5. Pros: Service: The hotel staff were consistently courteous and helpful. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and professionalism stood out. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, which enhanced the overall experience. Location: The hotel is situated in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city. It is relatively close to key attractions and public transport, which is a major plus for any traveler. Cons: Room Quality: Despite being marketed as a 5-star establishment, the room quality did not reflect this rating. The decor felt outdated, and the amenities were not up to the standard expected of a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable, but other aspects of the room felt subpar compared to similar hotels in the same category. Cleanliness Issues: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. The most concerning incident was spotting a mouse at the breakfast buffet. This was highly unsettling and significantly impacted my impression of the hotel's hygiene standards. In conclusion, while the Bilderberg Garden Hotel has some commendable attributes, particularly in terms of service and location, it falls short of the expectations set by its 5-star rating
