The day before my reservation, I received an email inviting me to check in early by uploading a photo of my driver’s license, entering my credit card details, and submitting my car information—which I did. Naturally, I assumed that when I arrived, everything would be squared away, and they'd simply hand me the key. Instead, I was asked to present my license again for scanning, re-run my credit card, and manually fill out the same car information I’d already provided. Essentially, I had to check in twice. A complete waste of my time.

AC was off when we arrived and was 90 degrees in the room and didnt cool off for 5 hours. 1am before it we were not sweating. Fridge was unplugged and couldnt use and water from fridge/freezer all over the floor.

Our room was very hot, the beds were uncomfortable, tv cut off wouldn't come back on. Then they had the nerves to say some one was smoking in the room. That was a lie they wanted to keep my deposit. I will never stay there again and if any one ask i will refer them to another hotel/motel. Frogs in the lobby can't forget that
