We checked in with 3 people, there were only towels for 2 people in a 6 person room. The TV would not work. When I tried to call the front desk for help, I discovered that the phone cord was missing, so it did not work. After going to the front desk to get help housekeeping was sent up. The remote to the TV was actually missing, so they had to get a new one, but they never fixed the phone or brought towels. Day two I tracked down a maid and got the towels myself. All day they were drilling right outside our door, making an awful racket. 9am to 4 pm. There was a weird leak from the wall in the bathroom. Related to the drilling? Not sure. Our room was never cleaned, and our trash was overflowing. I could not call the desk, so went to talk to them again, and was told that housekeeping only worked on Thursday. We were their Wed-Monday. Told them we needed to get rid of our trash, and he said call housekeeping. I explained we could not because no phone. He was rude at this point, and said he would call them. They never came. I finally had to take out the trash myself. Charged about 100$ in fees above the Expedia price. For what? Me to be my own housekeeper? The fitness area is gross and dirty, and of the four machines only 2 work. Most of the weights were missing. The breakfast was not good, after the first morning we ate elsewhere.
