It had a really fun pool for our family. Kids will love it. The furnace unit was extremely loud and kept making clunking noises. And on certain days, jets will fly over frequently from the Air Force Base. The towels are very scratchy. Not a couples retreat, but it's fun for families.

The jetted tub didn't work, the room wasn't super clean, the room next door had a yelling match until midnight. Wasn't impressed with this hotel.

Rat turds!
Rat turds in the bed. Mold in the shower. Cobwebs and dirt in window corners. Lied about breakfast (there wasn't one, as listed) Accosted in parking lot, twice.

Booked a king sized room, but was “upgraded” to a double full-sized bed room. The area of town is not great even though it’s a short distance from the fancy mall. The lobby smelled of weed. Only one working elevator that didn’t even work well, which also smelled bad. Room was not stocked with soaps.

Parking can be problematic, but I knew that as I have previously stayed at this hotel. Also, we've previously stayed in a poolside room here. The experience was much better last time. There was loud music and loud people at the pool for hours last night until 10:30, when it closed. They started the loud music again before 9:30am today. I don't recommend poolside rooms if you have young childreno or children sensitive to loud noise. The noise was reported multiple times last night. If you don't address issues like this, it could get out of control. Please do better.
