The bathroom was in rough shape with a lot of bandaids being used to fix issues. Had to shut off the fridge as it was making a high pitch noise. The king bed was the 2nd hardest bed I have ever had in a hotel room. Stiff extremely stiff. Not hotels fault but foot pounding above us all night and well into the early morning. When checking out, wasn't asked about my stay or anything just grabbed the cards and said that is all she needed.

The beds were horribly hard. I did not sleep well at all the weekend I was there. The breakfast was good. We asked for a let check out since we had 4 hours between tournament games and they refused due to not giving late check outs on weekends. I think that not a good policy and must only be for that specific hotel because we have satyed at other Holiday Inns that let us have a late check out on the weekend.

The room has not been cleaned well for a long time. You could tell that by the crud all along the bathroom walls and floors. The shower was like turning on a big faucet and it just poured out like warm water. No shower spray. Bed was uncomfortable and from 3:00 AM to 5:30 AM had to listen to the commercial trash trucks empty all the trash from the businesses around. The only contact I had with staff was at check in. The staff was very nice and professional during this time. The Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast.
