Broken hot tub & hard bed

When we asked about having a hot tub nothing was mentioned about it being broken. There were a ton of kids in the hot tub so no adult could even use it. The beds were hard as a rock.

This property was clean and neat. It was family friendly and spacious. Great breakfast and friendly service. They only thing is that the pool is cold but they do have a really nice hot tub!

First let me say that Liz, the front desk receptionist was amazing! She was so kind and took very good care of us! The morning receptionist however seemed short with me just when I asked a question and was not so nice. Also, half way through our getting ready in the morning they turned off the water and we were not notified.

The room was great, the breakfast was awesome for a free breakfast. However the person at the front desk wasn't the friendliest. It was like she didn't like her job or was having a bad day. The pool was really cold. Staff was told of the problem. Nothing was done about it. I suspect the pool heater was not working. We were really disappointed, because the whole reason I booked at this location was because of the indoor pool. My grand kids were with us and they love to swim.

We stayed 3 nights, 1st night toliet was not working and couldn't get front desk person to answer phone for service and then didn't want to do anything about it. After resolved room was ok, it needed a deep clean. Window coverings had blood stains on them and floors in corners and around edges were very dirty.
