Fine for a one night last minute booking
A bit older property, but it was fine. The breakfast was ok enough, but nothing to write home about. The front desk was great...check in and out very smooth. I booked it pretty last minute and all was good. In a complex with a bunch of other hotels and felt safe enough. Right off the highway which was handy. Only about 10 min to downtown (also handy).

Lots of small disappointments
Breakfast was not good. No eggs available, coffee was cold and then empty. Was interrupted during in room bathroom time by maintenance workers insisting there was a leak, no leak found. Really disappointed because front desk staff was great, both check in and check out.

Angie needs to be promoted! She fixed a massive mistake that Margie/Maggie caused by putting my children in a smoking room when we requested NON smoking. Our reservations even said non. Angie was able to fix it and get us into a room even with a booked hotel. Staff need to be reminded to NOT change reservations "because I booked through Expedia." I would NOT have been very happy or nice if this could not have been remedied. A MILLION thanks to Angie!
