We didn't have hot water for two nights, so we had ice cold showers. The first night we were there, children were running up and down the hallways, kicking people's doors, and in and out of the elevator pushing all the buttons. A lot of people on our floor were asking them to stop which resulted in the mother of one of the kids coming upstairs to ask who talked to her children. When we told her what they were doing, she said she paid for their room so they can do whatever they want. I asked to speak to the manager at check out and was told he was not there all weekend and to call later that day. I left my name and number, tried calling later and he was still not there, and emailed him. Haven't heard a word. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Average stay with average amenities. The hotel is nice, but as with any stay on Expedia, the hotels hold back their rooms that are most rundown, blemished or positioned in the worst locations of the hotel. I could hear the guest above not only banging their way across the floors, but it vibrated through the walls. Beds were a bit firm for my liking. The room, while nice, was a bit small, had worn furniture, wall paper. Bathroom was out of liquid soap in the shower. It’s almost as if, when one goes through Expedia to book a room, you get the leftovers.

Clerk went to high school near our hometown so she greeted us warmly. Breakfast employee gave us advice that was very helpful for getting back my wallet that had been left at restaurant the previous evening.

Time for sprucing up

This hotel just needs some cleaning up and refurbishment. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, but the heat/ac in room 413 is so incredibly loud - it's like having a car turn on in the room every hour - unless you are comatose, you will not sleep in this room and should request another if you are assigned to it. (I told the front desk clerk at checkout, so hopefully they'll get it checked out soon.) Overall, it's clean, but there was hair all over the floor at the edge of the bathtub when I first came in. Since I always travel with clorox wipes, I cleaned it myself, but management should probably check in with housekeeping to make sure the bathrooms are getting the appropriate amount of attention.

Only detractor: two bath towels and a floor towel provided. No hand towels or washcloths in the room. Didn't notice until I needed them in the morning and didn't bother to ask. It was harder to wash the shave cream off my face by just splashing water on it.
