The pillows were flat. We had two reservations they messed up one and didn't have any rooms left with 2 queen beds -- they did give us a king suite but the sofa bed was horrible to sleep on.

Located in a really nice and new area of Wichita, but the hotel is unexpectedly dated and in need of updates. For similar price, newer hotels in the same area would have been a better option. I would have expected this hotel to have been about $30 less per night for its age and condition.

Needs mattress upgrade, lil' smokies at breakfast?
Check-in was easy and smooth. Friendly staff. Would suggest moving smoking area away from the front door, had to walk through big cloud of smoke to come in to check-in. Right side of the bed had a huge divot in the mattress, went to turn over in the night and thought I had fallen out! Breakfast was disappointing. Not sure I had ever thought of lil' smokies as a breakfast dish.
