The room was not clean ants everywhere. Walls had stains. The furniture smelled of animal urine. The staff was nice unfortunately they couldn't do anything to help with the cleaning upper management needs to help the staff with cleaning

I booked this for our family weekend thinking it was a good deal on a nice hotel. I was wrong. There were stains on the beds, the fridge was disgusting, the sink leaked and dripped all night, there was hair all over the bathroom, the tv remote was nowhere to be found, and the office chair was disgusting. Not to mention, when we got to our room there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana that lingered.

Staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable, size of room was fine. Rooms have very thin walls including the hallway. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and on its last leg, the kitchen only came with a towel, if you wanted anything like dishes, utensils etc, you had to go and ask front desk for it. Even street noise was loud, I like the laminate floor in the room but kitchen and bath need revamping. Grab and go breakfast is nothing special but the coffee was good.
