Guests have full access to the property, barring the garage that is used for storage.

The Boho Bungalow is a charmingly updated 2-bedroom home with plenty of character and style. Step through the front door into a bright, airy living room featuring a 60" Smart TV, comfortable seating, a workspace, and fresh plants that add a lively touch.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms each have king beds and light, airy décor. The back bedroom also includes a 40" Smart TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and a boho-style dining table with seating for four.

The fully finished basement includes a laundry area, a second living space styled with Bali-inspired décor. Please note the basement stairs are steep and narrow.

Outside, enjoy the front porch with a secured porch swing or the back patio, which has a boho-style swing and a small table with seating for four. The large fenced backyard provides plenty of outdoor space for pets or relaxing.

A couple things to note: There are stairs up to the front door, and if you plan to use the basement, please be careful on the steep and narrow stairs.

This house is located near the Arkansas River and just over a mile from Kellogg Drive/ US 400/ US 54. It's easy to get just about anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

This home is pet-friendly and features a large fenced yard for outdoor enjoyment. The basement is accessed via steep stairs and contains the laundry area and additional space, so please use caution.

This home does not have a dishwasher.

The bungalow is located in the Delano neighborhood, a lively, blue-collar area with many charming older homes; some neighboring properties could use a little TLC. While the neighborhood is safe and close to downtown, guests should expect an authentic city vibe.
