You’ll find plenty of these books on the shelves.

Less than a hundred paces from the front door will set you on the beach at the famous Royal Native Oyster Stores Restaurant while the Tudor Tea Rooms, Horsebridge Arts Centre, boutique shops, galleries, restaurants and bars are all close by.

There are frequent buses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street and Oxford Street. The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.

Children - The flat is cosy so there is not a lot of room for travel cots, pushchairs etc. Therefore it is best suited to singles or couples.
