Great property, great location, was really nice and the staff were wonderful, probably the only thing I could say is, an air con unit and a fridge in the room would’ve been good but that’s the other thing I could say that’s remotely negative. Great time after sorting the Parking App

We got to the hotel early so that we could look around Canterbury. Parking at the hotel is via an App,(it was not like that last time we stayed), being Old it took us over half an hour to pay for the parking, bare that in mind if you are old and not OK with modern Apps and you don't have a smart phone the telephone numbers on the "Ringo notice board do not help with paying for parking", basically a nightmare. Hotel was fantastic, clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing in the morning was great, continental or full English. At the end of the Car Park is a "Wetherspoons" so the evening meal was excellent:- 2 Fish, Chips and Peas, a Pint of Cider and a Brandy and coke £23.50 all in. All in all we had a lovely time at the Falstaff, Canterbury.

All good apart from the parking arrangements with a third party,had great difficulty with registration on line or over phone so had to get reception to sort it out very stressful.Why do you have to have a third party to manage your car park?
