Check in process out of reception hours very straightforward and easy to follow. Unfortunately the First room we had been allocated had no electric at all after we tried to get the kettle to boil everything blew. Kettle was also full of limescale. Took quite a while to contact anyone as no reception staff on site but once contacted we were moved to an alternative room instead. Room itself was ok, basic but adequate. However does need a bit of updating and mattress very uncomfortable (neither of us slept very well and woke up with bad backs). Was an ideal location for a stopover however and had all the necessary amenities but due to lack of sleep we wouldn't personally choose to stay again.
