My mom and I stay here every Easter long weekend for a mom and daughter shopping trip. Love the details at Easter. Easter egg hunt for the kids. Special bunny ham on Easter breakfast. Shopping is close. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Only downside is the carpets in the room were so dirty. Pool needs some attention the deck by the hot tub. Nothing to serious.

We booked the room with the Jacuzzi tub. It was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options. It was convenient for shopping but not necessarily walkable. Will likely stay here again

The only real negative thing was there was an unpleasant smell in the room when we first arrived and also if you left for a while and returned but te smell would go away when we opened the window for awhile. The staff were good and the hotel is very close to lots of shopping and a good selection of coffee shops and fast food/restaurants. We would definitely stay there again
