Love staying here but wish that they would leave more toilet paper. When there is less than half a roll on both toilet paper rolls they should leave another full roll so we don’t have to chase down the cleaning staff. Also if the Kleenex box is almost empty leave a full box as well.

Morning hotel staff was slightly rude, she was busy on the phone so I asked if I could just leave my card with her because I was in a rush and she had a little bit of frustration with it. I could not connect my console to the Internet because there was no Internet password that I found in the room only steps to connect a computer so i used hotspot. Everything else was great!

Let’s start with the worst part. If you plan to get any sleep you should consider a different hotel.Whoever built this place cheaped out on insulation. Doors slamming all through the night and in the early morning hours, not just above you but down the hall and everywhere. People walking on the floor above or perhaps jumping and dancing, it was difficult to tell. Toilets flushing, conversations heard outside the door, it was like a 3 ring circus both nights, all night long. Ridiculous. Then you have a lovely room, complete with full size fridge, tremendous cupboard storage, cooktop, microwave- all in perfect condition. And not one thing at all in the cupboards. Not a glass, a plate, a fork or spoon, no pan for the cooktop, nothing to eat on, zip,zilch,nada. You have to put in your request at the front desk and no one brings it, you must do that yourself.We had to obtain cutlery on the second night or eat with our hands and yes they will give it to you but I cannot for the life of me understand why they’re afraid you’ll steal an old worn out fork from the dollar store. Maybe their staff is just too lazy to clean up when you check out. Don’t expect to even have your bed made. Nope, nothing. Don’t get me started on the sandpaper toilet paper and tissue. Such a shame. Could have been such a lovely place to stay. Don’t bother.

Having a full size fridge was nice. Overall, room was clean and well maintained, but, then again the hotel looks fairly new. Only wish they thought of the fridge location when designing the room layout. Opening the fridge and freezer door takes care not to hit the door handle as it opens into the door instead of away from it. Great stay and experience though.
