We visit here annually, but this year the amenities and attention to detail was worse than the Covid years. Daily room cleaning is finally back, terrible food, long waits for food and bar, inexperienced spa therapist, staff shortage- sir behind the bar was incredible but clearly exhausted.

Mountain View Grand Resort was incredible! We went in December, so it was a winter wonderland, and the Resort was full of holiday charm. The property is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. The best part is the staff. We were only there a couple of days, but it felt like we had been there forever because of how engaging, helpful, and wonderful everyone was. You can have a great weekend getaway with friends and family here. I cannot wait to go back!

The rooms are very nice was a little cool at night, though the first night but then tended to warm up but they were lovely. Service was fine. Everybody was very pleasant and I loved Linda and the provision shop.
