The bathroom window doesn’t have covering on half - people can see in. The shower takes over 5 minutes to get hot. Could use a plug-in closer to the nightstand lamp. Also a floor mat or something near the door for shoes.

Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was nice, had been recently updated. The only complaint was that the mattresses kept sliding off the metal bed frames. Also, the office is only open 9-5, so if you wanted a cup of hot tea, it had to be during that time, which did not work for my schedule. The second day, I grabbed some tea to use in the in-room Keurig, so that worked out.

Staff was very helpful, although being offseason for this area, there was some issues with the TV that could not be resolved during my stay.

We chose to stay here because of the proximity to downtown Winthrop and ski trails. The staff was organized and friendly. I liked that they sent the room number and entry code. However, the property is very dated. The walls had patches, the wood around the air conditioner was rotted, the carpet was worn and the shower head sprayed water upwards. We could hear the guests in the adjoining room through the walls. The pillows were flat and the bed was not comfortable.

There is no staff there in the early morning hours of later in the afternoon or early evening to help you if you have a problem. They also knowingly put me in a room that the TV had not been hooked up yet, therefore didn’t work. After a long day of working in the cold, was looking forward to watching the Sunday night football game. The next day when we called them about the issue, all we got was a confirmation they knew the TV didn’t work, but did nothing about it. Didn’t move me to a different room or reduce the price of the room.
