The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our room key gave us access to everything making it feel safe and secure. They had water in the room , I wished it was free rather than three bucks a bottle. But meh —marketing. Check out was easy and simple as well.

Extremely disappointing

Check out is 11a. We were traveling with quite a lot of luggage and my husband had already been in and out of the room multiple times that morning taking things to the car. Housekeeping sees him multiple times. We were about to walk out of the room and promptly at 11a, we get a very loud series of knocks on the door. There is a woman standing there to make sure we are leaving. We have stayed here more than once so this was extremely disappointing for a Doubletree. You have to pay for parking and due to events, were forced to park across the street during the afternoon on Saturday. Don't think we will be back.

We were there for one night and it was wonderful. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Would have been better if I could have enjoyed the hot tub but it was closed.

Food and drink at the hotel was very expensive. You have to pay for parking. The water pressure thumbs down. The tv in the room didnt work properly. Other then the thing i listed the stay was amazing,the staff were kind and answered any questions asked while being polite. I would stay again if they were to offer free parking.

Staff was amazing Preston at the front desk was great and helpful with all our needs nice room very clean. Only thing that was a downside was the hottub was closed under maintenance other than that our stay was superb

This was my third time staying at the double tree in downtown Battle Creek, and every time has been great.The staff is attentive, the hotel is newly renovated, and I love the walking distance to restaurants. The 16th floor bar is a wonderful place to take in the city lights at night.
