Enjoy vacationing with family or friends in this very lovely, and spacious home. Home has 4 bedrooms and a finished basement - sleeps 10. Bedrooms include master bedroom with queen and full bathroom, one with two twin beds and two with a queen and a twin bed. The basement has a TV, multiple beds, and a half bath with access to outdoor shower.

Our new open concept kitchen with fully stocked cabinets, lobster pot, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances provides dining for 12. Kitchenette also available with seating for 6 .Also included are a full size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi also available.
Outdoor living includes wrap around front porch for reading, dining and relaxation. The covered rear deck with propane gas grill is ideal for dining or entertaining.

Multiple local beaches provide plenty of opportunity for swimming, sunbathing, and fishing. Nearby children rides, water parks and miniature golf ensure there is something for everyone. Public golf and tennis are easily accessible. Winnapaug Golf Course is approximately 1.5 miles away. There are several other challenging golf courses in the area.

Plenty of day trips available include trips to MysticSeaport/Aquarium, Block Island, Newport Mansions, Point Judith, Casinos including Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, Stoneington, Wickford, and Providence.

Entertainment options within Westerly include the local Granite Theater, Shakespeare in the Park, movie theaters, and the near by Theater by the Sea. Enjoy a morning walk in the historic Wilcox Park. The house is gorgeous and spacious we loved the area . Had a nice thanksgiving with family there . Ordered our thanksgiving dinner at Mystic market they did a great job . The only surprise with such nice place was the bec bug !!! I got bitten the first night and the second night my husband found one crawling on the bed :( Also we were not able to find pillows for everyone. There was only three pillows in the whole place and we were a party of 5 . Thr place is listed to sleep 10. But all and all it was great vacation and we enjoyed the place ,

Nothing short of Amazing

My friends and I were supposed to do a race in New Jersey and it canceled some of us decided to still get together and do the race together in a new location. Rhode Island became our top pick and this beautiful home fit the bill for all of our needs. We had 2 people ask to have their own rooms as they are COVID conscious but wanted to be a part of the group, this house fit all of us perfect for those requirements. It was the perfect base of operations, and close to the beach. Personally it was my first ocean experience. 1000% awesome. Brian was easy to work with and very accommodating for our group. If I ever go back I would absolutely stay here again.

Yellow House

WE loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location. It was less than 10 minutes to my sister's house in Westerly. Many family members were in town for her wedding. It was a lovely house to stay at in a great quiet neighborhood. The porch was wonderful! As well as the yard/outside shower. Very convenient. And we loved being that close to the beach. We would certainly stay there again!!! Many thanks!!!!!

Great Weekend!

We had a great time staying at this home for our vacation weekend. There were six of us plus an infant and the place was perfectly suited for us. Nice location, close to the beach (semi-walkable but a little far for that), well stocked kitchen, nice common spaces, beautiful yard. Host was very responsive and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely accommodation

The house is beautiful and was so welcoming and warm-- unfortunately we had a very wet Memorial Day weekend, but made the best of it. It was not difficult since the house was so comfortable to be in. We played board games and bought some local produce to snack on too. We did manage to take a couple of walks along the many area beaches in between rain showers at least. We would love to come back and see the area in its full glory in the sunshine!
