Staff not very friendly or professional not at all welcoming Breakfast was totally appalling most of the items not available with most of the food areas empty due to supply issues.Room thermostat not working room very cold. In all a very poor Holiday Inn Hotel would not recommend it.

Check in was fast and efficient and parking cost £5 overnight. The room was in good condition and clean, but the room was very hot. I also have to say the mattress in room 512 was sagging in the middle. Food and drink in the bar were fine and breakfast was good

Bed Quality was poor in our room. Breakfast on Sunday morning did not have many things when we went. The staff was very busy and not able to cope. IHG should have put in more staff for breakfast shift on that day, as they already have list in advance of guests who are having breakfast.
