Nice place but overpriced

Nice hotel with decent breakfast offerings. However like most places in West Yellowstone it is overpriced for what it is.

The best staff ever!

The friendliest people to ever run/work at a hotel. We were greeted warmly, invited to order in after an exhausting day. The breakfast was also great!!! The pool was on the cool side, but tolerable. Would definitely consider staying here again when we come back to West Yellowstone

We got in late, it was dark and we drove around the backside. It was dark and I was’t sure about it. Walked in lobby and receptionist was great! Hotel was wonderful! Beds were comfy! Very nice hotel.

Our family of 5 had a great experience at Yellowstone Westgate Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the West Entrance, with tons of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and gas stations nearby. Hotel was clean - our room was clean and the housekeeping did a great job refreshing it everyday. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options every morning. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and spa. Used the in-house washer and dryer facilities. Staff was kind and helpful. Will stay again in the future.

The property is safe with plenty of parking. Super convenient location if you’re visiting Yellowstone. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. The pool and hot tub are the cleanest I’ve ever seen outside a private residence.

Hotel was great - Breakfast needs a little help

Our stay was great and our room was great. The room is a little dark, but we loved having the suite with 3 queen beds! Those at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is nice, but definitely a little dated. But we loved being close to Main Street in West Yellowstone and Yellowstone entrance. The breakfast struggled! Even though we got to breakfast at 8:40am and breakfast did not end until 9:30am, they did not want to stock anything that was low or missing. So a couple mornings the breakfast had hardly anything left at all. We even asked if they could get more biscuits and muffins. It seems once it was gone, they did not want to stock it.

Easy access to the park but far enough from the Main Street that it was super quiet. They have an ice machine so that was great to have for our travel ice chest. Breakfast was just what we needed. It rotated daily - eggs, sausage links or biscuits, gravy - but also has the regulars- toast, bagels, cereal, etc. Front desk was super helpful with park advice, food recommendations and everything else! Will stay again when we come back!! Thanks Westgate!!

Hotel stay was good but expensive. Very close to West entrance. They didn’t offer soap, shampoo and conditioner for a family. They had only one soap bar for the family.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone, very close to the West entrance of the park. Lots of dining options in the area. The property is clean and well maintained, breakfast was a plus. Debbie at the front desk is an absolute gem, she gave many tips on places to see in the area, two of which we visited, they did not disappoint. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable hotel in West Yellowstone.
