Before you book, be aware of the following: 1) I got charged with a fee which I was not aware but I was told it was in the fine prints in the booking email. 2) the light above the stove was not working. We informed the front desk but they didn't send anyone to check it out until the very last night of our stay. And the person said this requires a special light bulb and could not fix it right away. 3) the hotel has eco program, no room cleaning service during our 3 days staying there. Our trash stayed in our room for 3 days.

Hard Pass

One word - tired. Refresh loooong overdue. The primary elevator moves erratically and needs to be reminded that it has arrived at a given floor. Creaking floors and tissue paper walls. Give this one a hard pass.

Great location with easy access to Yellowstone Park. Lots of fun dining and shopping options nearby. Hotel super friendly, quiet, has a pool!, comfortable beds. Wish we had booked two nights here and used as a base for park…instead of staying in the park one night.

Yellowstone Vacation

Hotel staff was very friendly from the beginning to end of our stay. Breakfast every morning and very clean rooms. Location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone and you can walk from hotel to downtown spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location Near the Park

Our stay at this inn was exactly as expected. It is only a few blocks from the entry to Yellowstone National Park. Our room was clean and well-maintained. My special request was accommodated with ease, and I appreciate the friendly staff at the front desk. Overnight parking is complex but easily solved when we figured out which elevator was most accessible from the underground parking to our room.
