Our stay at Yellowstone Lodge was enjoyable. The property, though older and quite expansive, exudes charm and offers a fantastic daily breakfast available 24/7—a thoughtful touch for weary travelers. Our room size was impressive, and housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring fresh towels and a spotless space each day. The staff were not only pleasant but also highly skilled, making our experience even more comfortable. The only drawback was the newly installed room entertainment system, which frequently failed. By dinnertime, as guests returned, service would often cut out, with buffering lasting up to 30 minutes or more. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent, which was challenging as we needed it to work remotely. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel felt like a home away from home during our five-day stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Would have liked for breakfast to include eggs and meat (sausage or bacon), along with the other food options. I went to McDonald's two of the three mornings for breakfast, rather than eat at the hotel, which was an extra expense. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay for access to Yellowstone N.P.

The stay was decent. The room was a bit bigger than some budget hotels. Our room was clean and did the job for our stay. At the time we checked in. Their systems were unavailable. The staff explained what to expect for the charge for our credit card. It was clear and gave us reassurance we can contact them if we have issues.

The rooms and amenities were nice. The staff was especially helpful and considerate. They were friendly and helped us a great deal with suggestions of places to visit and they answered all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed them and the Yellowstone Lodge!

Coffee available 24/7 in the lobby was a huge Plus for early risers. One major negative was the bathroom fan which was so loud it actually hurt your ears. While the water pressure was good, it burst out of the sink with such force if you weren't careful water splashed everywhere. Refrigerator froze my bottle of water. The staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests.

Hotel is okay, but had bad experience with booking payment, they charged me $950 then i have to call them 3 times. Same thing happened to my sister's booking. 2. Booked room for 3 nights and every night door was locked because they think we are there for 1 day only.

Friendly staff, but not well maintained

The room was fine but there was a strange odor. We found out getting into bed that the carpet was damp. We hoped from a recent cleaning. Would have tried to change rooms but it was late after a long day. Otherwise room was fine, bathroom was outdated and the TV was internet only and froze all the time.

This property wrongfully charged us for extra two nights when we had left Yellowstone and landed in Georgia. we called the front desk but they were not helpful. they refused to help us. so we had to take the help of Expedia and our credit company to lodge a complaint. be careful with your credit cards with this lodge!!
