First two days in room we had was bad. After telling manager about the room he did move us to a different one which was nice and handicap available. Recommend getting different beds. Was hard to get into due to height and matteress was hard.

Absolutely wonderful place! Clean, fun atmosphere, and historic! The staff was wonderful and we were able to walk to the Main Street. It’s located just a few mins to the entrance of Yellowstone Park.

This is a really fun hotel. The front desk staff are very very helpful. Laundry is convenient as is the ice machine. Breakfast is basic but good. Bed was very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to have complimentary breakfast at 6am. We ate, gased up our vehicle and were in Yellowstone by 6:30 am everyday! Thank you for being our home away from home!

This is a great historic property. It is older, so some things aren't perfect, like doors that aren't plumb, but it's clean and has fun decor. Breakfast was quite nice - nothing beyond the ordinary, but done well.

Historic site needs a major renovation.

We arrived about 3:45 pm and our room was not ready. About 30 minutes later we checked. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very large but needs a complete update and cleaning. our bed was comfortable and tv fine. The bathroom has a tiny sink and the faucet cuts the water flow in the wrong place in the sink bowl. Water gets everywhere. The mold in the tub and the bathroom vent is noticeable. Do the cleaning people really scrub? The location is walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s a shame a major chain doesn’t buy this place. The property is historic and large. Pricey rates as well.
