Overall, this property was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 young children as the location is right outside the West entrance of Yellowstone Park and right across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. We enjoyed both of the these activities during our stay, and the property had ample size to accommodate our family. The only con is that the property is located on the bottom floor and close to the middle of the building so it’s very dark inside the unit. Sitting outside on the patio was also not inviting as the unit looked out to the pool building. The listing photos made it appear to be on the 3rd floor with a view, but it’s just stock photos so be prepared for this. Otherwise, it was all as pictured. The only other disappointment was that we originally booked the property for 4 nights, but about 3 weeks out, the owner told us the first night was not available which left us scrambling for a hotel room last minute for a Memorial Day Weekend stay. Cancelling and rebooking through VRBO was the only way to get a full refund for the fees which was a pain and very time-consuming. The owner also tried to increase the cleaning fee at that point which was unexpected and frustrating, but we did get a refund for the difference, albeit not for the additional VRBO fees. This listing is part of the Wyndham WorldMark so there are typically multiple listings for this location, and it may be valuable to ask on which floor the unit is located and to compare pricing.
