Don’t stay.

First room had no hot water, took over an hour for maintenance to show. Ended up finally switching rooms after 9pm. Never ended up with the room cleaned even though requested, took an hour to get fresh towels in the room. Over all the hotel needs a lot of updating. Wall paper peeling, elevators have chunks taken out of the walls and missing handrails.

This property is dated room was basic but clean the faucet in bathroom leaked ac didn’t function properly, luckily it wasn’t too hot. It was fine for place to crash for night. Rooms are way over priced in wendover.

I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool is out of service the rooms are gross and broken down the heater in the rooms blow cold air. I felt like i got rip off sent over $200 for 1 night. I would of had a better experience and more cash in my pocket choosing motel 8.

The Bed was uncomfortable and the whole place was gross. Black mold in the bathroom and debris in the jetted tub before we turned it on.

The hair dryer did not work ,the toilet made a high pitch.And on the right hand side coming out of the bathroom,Walter White step on a nail on the floor.He is 69 years old.I let the front Desk know of these problems.But sine I have never stay in your hotel it was great.

While the room wasn't too bad , we were not able to take showers in the morning because it instantly backed up and never drained. After a long road trip , we were disappointed not to get showers. Staff was very friendly and check in and check out were exceptional

When you first walk in, you’re greeted by a receptionist that’s not in uniform wearing her high school sweater on her phone doesn’t bother even looking up until you say something then tells you the wrong elevator to go to and you have to come all the way back down after wandering the floor you were sent to. I’m guessing on purpose from the way she acted at check-in and her laughing when we came back down. Then to only go all the way across the casino again with all of our luggage to a door that looks like it’s from 1940 with graffiti all over it up to the hallway that has construction supplies all throughout it to the far end of the casino to your room when there’s only three cars in the parking lot, making sure to put you as far away from the Casino as possible in your room you don’t have a coffee maker cups nothing it’s just the most basic less than motel six quality room I’m surprised there were sheets on the bed that should’ve been an up charge for them from the way this room was. The casino staff were very nice and helpful outside of the casino the hotel staff were terrible. The girl at the front desk needs to be fired or at the very least taught how to do her job, she was the worst out of the five hotels we stayed at on our long vacation. I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt that I needed to with how bad the staff was in the hotel and how bad the hotel was.

Will not stay here again. Was expensive and outdated as well as dirty. Elevator was horribly dirty as well as outdated room. Fridge was old and smelly.

I booked a king room and the front desk person assigned me a double queen room and did not inform me. I contacted the front desk and they fixed it but wish they would have informed me as I paid extra for the king room. Room was clean and the casino is great.
