Very poor communications between Hotels.com and Red Garter. Hotel did not provide rooms as requested (ADA). Assigned rooms on second floor with elevator broken and had to use stairs. Never stay there again.

It was a convenient place to stay, surrounded by history, cafes, liquor stores, and dispensaries. We loved the chicken fried steak at the casino cafe for brunch. It was large enough for us to share down at the Sports Book.

Do NOT go here!!! Slot machines are set to pay zero. Like seriously. It was beyond AWFUL with the amount of money I played and got absolutely no returns. Casino was a ghost town. Hotel appeared dead as well, yet they put us in a room that had a view of a building that was 5’ away. So run down. Broken elevator. Broken ice machine.
