This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment equipped with bathtubs is the perfect getaway spot. The apartment features a patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather while having a meal.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a generously sized living area featuring a cozy fireplace and a 55-inch smart TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. The living room is tastefully furnished with two plush sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table, providing ample seating for up to six guests. There is also a desk and working chair in case anyone needs to get some work done. The apartment also offers high-speed internet and a laundry area for your convenience. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and accommodating environment for all our guests. Our property does not have a mailbox.

The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting elegant marble countertops, a glass-top stove, an oven, and a large double-door fridge. Fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Instant Pot, and Ninja blender, meal preparation becomes effortless and enjoyable. Gather around the wooden dining table, comfortably accommodating six people, for memorable meals and conversations.

Our bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, each featuring smart TVs and built-in closets for ample storage. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo and excellent hot water pressure, ensuring a luxurious and restful experience. Enjoy fresh linens, mattress protectors, and curtains for peaceful sleep. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a work desk, and armchairs, while the third bedroom features another cozy queen bed.

A second bathroom mirrors the master with its shower-tub combo, equipped with bath rugs, shelves, and a set of bath and personal towels for each guest. Your convenience is our priority, with a laundry area including a washer and dryer for your use.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire apartment, including a private outdoor space at the back furnished with a dining table and chairs — perfect for open-air dining.

Facing the property, the driveway on the left is your exclusive parking spot. Additional street parking is available if needed.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
