The first floor has a modern kitchen, completely equipped with beautiful cookware, ready to make a meal for a family.
The family- dining room is in the first floor with an additional bathroom.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are in the second floor.
The house has an interior patio with space to enjoy outdoor meal as well a tasty barbecue.

Beautiful, well-maintained property with very hospitable hosts

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The owner greeted us and gave us a personal tour of the property so we knew where to find everything. The property was very clean and it is beautifully decorated. We appreciated some of the “basics” being in the property, like shampoo and dishes. They even bought a new grill while we were there so we could grill! They gave us personalized recommendations regarding points of interest in the area. We could tell how much they genuinely love Palm Beach and how much they care about their guests enjoying their visit. We loved chatting with both of the owners as well; they are extremely kind and warm people.

Nice property, plenty of room for 4 adults. I would replace some of the dated furniture. Well stocked with glasses, dishes, two mini coolers. Very nice people.

Nice experience overall, lovely hosts!

The host couple are very nice, friendly people. They were available at all times since they live in the same building. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment might not be suitable for people with small children, or for elderly folks, since every single room has to be accessed via steps. Even from the kitchen to the dinning room table. Also, the water in the upstairs shower is barely warm and very scanty.

Our stay was great. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen was small but pretty well stocked, even with breakfast items. The steps were well lit. Street parking was available for 1 vehicle. Our hostess was very accommodating and gracious.
