The room was very dirty and didn’t feel clean at all. The drapes were extremely soiled in the middle right where they are being tugged to close. The chairs and lamp shades were also soiled. The property really needs an upgrade. I was very disappointed as I stay at several La Quintas anual y. The shower needs to run a long time for it to get warm and it never got hot. I requested my room to be cleaned while I was there and I returned at 6pm and it still was not done. Someone was cleaning the room next door at that time.

Hotel has seen better days

This hotel was chosen for price for my stay in Jan 2025. I checked in late and the night clerk assigned me to a room on the top floor at the end of the hall. It looked like the room had not seen a guest for months as the clocks were still showing Daylight Savings Time (one hour earlier). The room looked old as did the entire hotel. Wallpaper was beginning to peel, there was many instances where I saw plater on the wall that was never painted over but the biggest issue was that the wall in the bathroom was disintegrating. See the attached photo. This room shouldn't have been rented. Rather than asking for another room I ended up checking out early. I believed than all rooms, like the hotel, needed repair and I wasn't going to take a chance on be assigned to another room that was no better.

Our room was filthy, we took our shoes off and walked around in our bare feet and they were black with dirt. Also, we did not get any room service for four days we had to ask twice. I’m very dissatisfied with our stay at your hotel and it will be our last time we stay there

This hotel is quite outdated. When we checked in, the TV did not work. The owner came right away to address the situation, but could not resolve the issue. We were given another room right away. That TV turned on, but we could not adjust the volume, which was quite loud. We did not report this. The hotel is outdated and needs upgrades. However, the staff was excellent.

Check in took a long time. The person got it done but it felt like she was annoyed at me because there was a glitch in the system. The room had a card in it that said it had been cleaned but there were hairs in the shower and the sink so the cleaner didn’t do a great job. We picked this hotel because it had a free shuttle to the airport. What was advertised was that the shuttle runs Mon -Friday from 10:30 am to 5 pm. I would have chosen a different hotel if I realized that the shuttle was useless for us because our flights didn’t fit that time table. The room and facilities are dated but the bed was comfortable. We were able to get an Uber to the airport. I will choose to stay someplace else next time.

Location was a benefit. However, I would not stay here again. The rooms were outdated, old, and not clean. Bathroom stall was re-tiled, but bathroom floor/baseboards/walls were gross. The room smelled badly, not sure if that was due to the air conditioner or just musty air. The doors to the room didn't close on their own so you had to slam them to make them shut. This resulted in a very noisy night with doors slamming. I wouldn't think of getting in the pool, it looked dirty and uninviting.

It appeared the owner is trying to squeeze every last dollar out of the property, while differing necessary repairs and improvements. Until there is a total upgrade to the exterior and interior, I would not recommend this one to anyone! Additional, the breakfast was possibly the cheapest and worst layout, I think we have experienced in this level of lodging - UGH!!
