Let me preface this by saying that, the staff were amazing. Excellent customer service. With that said, the condition of this hotel was gross to me. Every part of this hotel needs to be upgraded. The bathrooms are very small and dark. It seems like no matter how much it’s cleaned, it’ll still feel dirty and dank… it’s hard to explain. When I first arrived they put me on the 2nd floor… the moment I walked in, the smell of room… it smelled musty, like disgusting. The bathroom was not clean. When I went down to the desk I requested a different room and the staff accommodated that request. They moved be to the top floor and the room looked and smelled much better. The bathroom appeared cleaner but it was still dingy and dark…. It really needs to be upgraded. This might’ve been the first hotel to give me the ick and make my skin crawl. Again the staff were great. The condition of the property was not. I do not recommend staying here.

The property was nice and the staff very nice. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. The reason I am rating this low is due to the shower being extremely slippery. No grab bar. My friend slipped and fell in the shower and reported it. EMT was called but she did not go to ER. Upon arriving home she went to her doctor and found that she had a fractured arm and shoulder
