The home is in an older neighborhood, but is well kept for its age and use. We had some slight confusion upon check-in, but the owner immediately called me and we got it figured out. They are so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated the full manual of info on the area with things to do, places to eat, etc. They have really thought about the details and go a step above a lot of other rentals I've used.The pool was clean and warm (thank you!), and the home is well-appointed for both humans and pets alike! I loved being able to utilize the garage, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everything we needed. I had concerns when we initially drove into the neighborhood, just thinking it may not be as quiet as I had anticipated, especially during spring break. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area is, and how easy it was to access so many restaurants, beach, and water taxis to Peanut Island. Super easy to get in and out of the area!The house has so much space, we absolutely could have had another family with us there, but I chose it so that we could bring our pets and have a pool. It worked perfectly for our needs!We had so few critiques, related to typical wear and tear that happens in rentals. I would recommend this place and stay again in the future!
