Welcome to our beautifully refurbished Spanish villa in historic Flamingo Park. Retaining its authentic roots, this dog-friendly retreat features a separate guest cottage and a heated* saltwater pool. Perfect for foodies, shoppers, and sun worshippers!

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 30y/o to be able to book the property.

- Quiet Enjoyment Only: This is not a party house. No loud or amplified music and no unauthorized guests. Violations may incur a $1000 fine.

- Pool Heating: Available November through May for an additional $50/day. The pool is not heated in the summer.

- Dog Friendly: Pre-approval necessary for one dog with a one-time non-refundable fee.

- Long-term renters welcome.

Everything you could want & more

Flew in for a graduation in West Palm Beach and this house had it ALL!!! Pictures were true and accurate but in person was EVEN BETTER!!! Great outside space with sun and shade with plenty of seating. We played cards outside in the evenings and I must include the beautiful pool and lush gardens. A huge thank you for the attention to detail!!!

Charming house & perfect location

Both this property & the owners were simply amazing! The house was lovely and spacious: perfect for my wife, 3 smaller kids & I, as well as my parents- especially the latter since they had to the pool house to themselves! The pool was a joy, as was the covered patio next to it- and we were minutes away from all the amazing eating & antiquing that we were there for... I can't imagine going back to WPM without trying to get this place again.

Flamingo Park Villa is a great place to stay in West Palm Beach. A Mini-Resort design.

We had two small families in town, for a baseball tournament at Cacti Park. The Flamingo Park Villa was the perfect house for our visit. Plenty of room for 2 families, the resort atmosphere by the pool, and the added Guest House was a nice addition. Close to all activities that W. Palm Beach has to offer. We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo Park Villa.

December Holiday in WPB

Cannot speak higher of host, property manager, neighborhood and home. We travelled with our two year old and had a lot of questions before and during booking that were answered within minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure had exactly what we needed for our toddler. The neighborhood is exceptional - within walking distance to Gratto, Table 26, Hive, the park, downtown, etc. We will be back!
