- Sleeping arrangements: Kapena Escape accommodates up to 12 guests with a variety of sleeping options, including two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom on the main level, one full bed in the upper-level loft, and additional futons. Multiple master bedrooms comfortably accommodate couples, with king-size beds and bonuses like double vanities in the bathroom, or walk-out access to the hot tub.
- Main level: The primary living space features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and large windows that frame views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The layout flows naturally into the dining and kitchen areas, which are fully equipped with cookware and appliances.
- Upper level: The upstairs loft is dedicated to beauty sleep and the perfect space for kids and teenagers that want a private nook to escape to.
- Lower level: A dedicated media room offers a relaxed entertainment space with a flatscreen TV, games, a foosball table, and a popcorn station for movie nights.
- Kapena Escape comes with WiFi, AC, and streaming services.
- All Stay Blue Ridge vacation rentals include a complimentary starter pack with soaps, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher pods, and trash bags.

- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome! Must be crate/leash trained, well-behaved, two years or older, and 45 lbs or less. $50 nonrefundable fee per pet.
- Access: Well-maintained roads lead back to Kapena in a gated community. We'll provide you with the gate code before you arrive. A short gravel driveway leads up to the home's lower level. We always recommend AWD or 4WD when traveling in the mountains.
