BEARADISE AT BLUE RIDGE is perfectly situated on over 4 private acres. The cozy and well-appointed cabin has 3 King Suites, 3 full bathrooms, plus a loft with a full size futon. Guests can also enjoy the wood burning fireplace, a theatre room, a game room, and pool table. Step outside to the large natural stone patio complete with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables on the front porch, and a patio for al fresco dining options. Bearadise at Blue Ridge comes with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove and range, stainless steel appliances, and a gas grill for your home-cooked meals. The bar area seats three guests, and the dining room table seats six for family dining or for space your group to enjoy any one of various board games provided.
This home is less than a 20-minute drive to local attractions including some of the best restaurants, wedding venues, wineries, and more! Head over to the charming & historic town of West Jefferson for a movie, ice cream, and shopping! Enjoy some Live Music in town or at The Old Barn Winery, or play a round at the scenic Mountain Aire Golf Course. This home is also just a short drive over to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Park Vista Restaurant / General Store for dining and live music!

Please Note:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are
rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- The driveway to Bearadise at Blue Ridge is gravel and sloped with a sharp turn. 4WD or AWD is
required each winter from November to March in case of snow, and chains may be necessary in heavy snowfall.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped,
kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- There are Arlo cameras facing the driveway and parking lot only mounted on trees along the driveway.
No cameras are pointed towards the interior of the home or towards gathering areas.
- Mature, well-trained dogs under 25lbs welcome. Pet rent $25/night per dog. Max of two (2) dogs max
allowed.
- No Smoking inside the Cabin.
- UTV's or ATV's allowed.
- No fireworks are permitted in the community.
- Repeat guests at Bearadise at Blue Ridge can receive 10% off. (Not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.)
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
