Hotel was in perfect location, extremely close to all your public transport needs into the city and other top tourist spots. Walking distance to a range of restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel staff were all welcoming and friendly with helping with any questions. Room was extremely small and could only fit one person in the bathroom at a time. Went elsewhere for breakfast. Overall would stay again for the location.

A recent honeymoon from Australia to Europe found us at this Hotel in Paddington in London. To be totally honest you couldn't find a hotel in the area with such a friendly and organised group of people. The Night Manager made sure our stay couldn't be more informative and comfortable as possible. He certainly goes the extra mile for Guests. Look here first if its available !! "Over zealous health & safety on food allergy made for a frustrating stay. Sadly this prevented this hotel from being the perfect hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel manager did his best to accommodate within the H&S policy."

"This is our third stay in this lovely hotel. I love it, they’re so friendly, very welcoming. It’s so close to all amenities & the harbour. My only criticism was that they no longer offer a parking permit or concession for the bays outside the front. I have a blue badge and my husband had to park ..."
