Whenever I stay in hotels, the main thing that is important to me is having decent air conditioning, and I can safely say this is the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in a hotel in the UK! I know it sounds silly but I have a health condition that means I can’t regulate body temperature very well.
The room was so nice and very clean. The reception staff were lovely.
The only little thing that was little disappointing was that the housekeeping came to clean our room at 5pm, and we had been out all day and at 5pm we got back to our room to relax, and they knocked on the door asking if we wanted our room cleaned, they did have all day to do it, but I understand it is a big hotel!
Will definitely be staying here again should we be visiting Bath again.
