Good location and nice room.

Got free upgrade after they made us sit for 2 hours as they missed our online booking confirmation. Also the room that we booked were not available. Staff was nice and helpful. The greeter at the gate was very very helpful. They helped us communicate with the taxi driver. The food was good. Will be back if possible.

ONE OF THE TOP HOTEL IN WEIHAI CITY. EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH AMNY IN THE NEAR BY AREA. EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION DESK WITH SMILE CLEAN ROOM QUALITY FOOD QUALITY FOR BREAKFAST CONFUSION AT THE PARKING CASHIER THAT NEED TO PAY AT EXIT. HOTEL NEEDS TO CORRECT THIS BAD COMMUNICATION WITH THE PARKING COMPANY

Good but trouble at the front deck

The front desk could not find the booking through hotels.com. Waited for half an hour and then decided to go for dinner without shower and check-in. After dinner when came back the finally found the reservation. Since all the rooms were booked they upgraded to a deluxe suite. Very nice gesture from the hotel. However the welcome fruits were not in good condition. Attached picture for reference.
