The grass was quite overgrown where the gazebo was, and so we didnt get a chance to get pictures there. Really wish we could have checked in earlier and checked out later since this was a house and not a hotel. There should have been more toilet paper at the rental, we had to use tissues. We still made the best of what we were working with, but I probably wouldn't stay here again. Especially for the price.

The property is perfectly located not far from town, and still gives you the feel of being out in the country. The home was comfortable, and my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere! The hosts were so fast to communicate if we needed anything, and they made the check in process super easy!

Perfect mountain oasis

We rented this home while visiting Biltmore. We wanted something close but still quiet and peaceful. This was the PERFECT spot!!! 5 stars on all accounts! We made family memories that we will cherish forever! The swing over the stream had even the oldest adult laughing like a little kid and the hot tub was the perfect ending to a long day of walking. We will be renting this home again!

Mountain retreat

Catherine’s house was the perfect location for a getaway. Not far from grocery stores, only a 15-20 drive to downtown Asheville, and a short drive to the cute town of Weaverville. The bedrooms were fully stocked with blankets, towels and sheets. And the kitchen had all the things we needed to make dinner. The back porch is the perfect location for great views, and morning coffee drinking!!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful mountain view

We loved our stay with the gorgeous view of the mountains. It was a nice and peaceful place to relax after we visited the Biltmore Estate. Although everything was clean, the downstairs did have a musty smell and some of the furnishings were dated but it didn’t bother us because cleanliness is more important than modern furnishings. The only real downfall was the water pressure. You couldn’t run more than one source at a time.
