The room was beautifully remodeled. It seemed clean except for the foreign hairs on the bathroom floor and shower, which gross me out. Hot breakfast was good. I could not charge my phone because the USB outlets did not work. I called the front desk and the young man right away said there was nothing he could do but put in a work order! Then suggested I call his manager. He had zero problem solving ability, made NO positive suggestions and got defensive immediately. I went to the business center area, and of 2 lamps containing USB ports only one of those worked so I borrowed it. It is sad that an incompetent desk clerk represents an otherwise nice hotel. And maybe they did not upgrade the electric when they remodeled.

The room was clean, fairly large with king bed and couch. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was hot. The indoor pool was very large and fairly warm for swimming. The hotel offered a 10% discount on Lucille's roadhouse restaurant next door. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are ever in the area!
