Room was comfortable and clean for the most part . For some reason there were several flies in the room that we had to kill . The staff were not as friendly as before . I had an issue where I lost my room key and the lady at the desk wouldn’t verify who I was or what room I was in . She immediately called security on me only to realize I was an actual guest ! No apology or anything on her end . It was humiliating to say the least .
