Gorgeous Apartment- Incredible View

What a gorgeous apt, had everything we required, comfy bed and pillows cozy sitting room. The VIEW was Incredible of the bay and cathedral Watched the cruise lines arrive and depart. Staff very friendly. A massive thank you to Shah such a gentleman who went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. Chap in reception for check out was also lovely,

Very cozy

I loved this hotel! It felt very cozy like the European hotels you imagine from the movies!! The staff was very helpful and Cobh city was just a short walk away. The town was on the water and had a Titanic museum, convenience stores, restaurants, tourist shops, and more. I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a cute European getaway.

Perfect spot to enjoy Cobh

We had a lovely stay at one of the self catering apartments. Beautiful view, great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment had all we needed. Only problem was the hot water was only lukewarm!

Good but Basic

Good acommodation. Very clean, big bedroom, lots of space. If arriving by train, there is a very steep hill to get to it so not very accessible. Staff were friendly, facilities in room were low, minimal towels, basic toiletries, no black out blinds, one bottle of water each for the stay. We slept well most nights, acoutics is very poor so if did get the wrong crowd i could see problems. There was, what I assume, was a child in the room above us and in morning and evenings the ceiling nearly came in with the jumping around. Given the cost its not good value, its very expensive for what it is but assume thats a reflection of where it is.

The views from this property are outstanding! Location is convenient to the waterfront, restaurants, and cathedral. Rooms are simple (all 4 of us adults slept in one room), but staff was gracious, parking was easy/free.

Not Like the Photos

The location was not at the same place as the Inn so check in and check out was a pain because you had to drive or wait for staff to take you. The unit itself was very sterile looking with hardly anything you would want like coffee or tea. The worst part was the water from the faucets came out brown so we didn’t dare drink and we were afraid of the contamination. We called the hotel to complain and they offered to move us but by the time we this was available it was nighttime and we were already ready for bed. We decided to just leave the following morning rather than stay the next night. The staff tried desperately to make it right but it was so awkward. They tried to insist on us moving to a different place late at night.

Great hotel!

Kevin and Craiy are fantastic hosts. Warm and friendly, and helpful. Like all their staff. Breakfast was partly self-service and partly table service. All excellent. Great choice too. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Daily service too. Walking distance to everything, with onsight parking. Views from the hotel across the harbour are magnificent. Kevin was helpful and pointed out places to visit nearby or just relax.

Best hotel in Cobh!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Location is great, comfortable room, great view and customer service was phenomenal!! We sprung a slow leak in our rental car tire coming into Cobh. Kevin went above and beyond and fully handled the situation for us on a Sunday! He got us a new tire, changed it out and had us on the road early Monday morning. We didn’t miss any sights in Cobh or on our trip up to Kilkenny thanks to him. He truly made our vacation and his kindness was VERY much appreciated!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you!!
