Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were decent, clean. Lobby was comfortable, lots of areas to sit and relax or do work. Restaurant was nice. Very busy, challenging to find someone to seat us at a table. Service and food was good once seated. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice selection of items. Hotel is definitely family friendly!

This is a lovely hotel. I didn’t give it a higher rating because of noise. There was a wedding and even though the music was in a wing across a parking lot, it was so loud in our room until 2:00 AM that it was impossible to sleep. It seems like the hotel should in fact control noise in their facility, especially into the wee hours of morning.

Spacious clean room, excellent helpful staff. Only complaint is the constant slamming of the doors, which are heavy for security and safety, but so many folks are not mindful. Otherwise great location for many day trips.

Lovely big room and mostly clean but found a couple of long back hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. A few stains on the carpet too. It could do with a bit of tlc. Main reception and bar/breakfast room were lovely and service was very good. Great selection at breakfast. Our only issue was that 3 guests were drinking, talking and laughing in the car park until 4am. I had to ring the night porter to get them to be quiet as we had disturbed sleep. The fire alarm then went off twice and stopped at 7am so our sleep was disturbed again. Told that someone was smoking in their room. Mattress very soft and slightly uncomfortable. We would stay here again though as this was not the hotel's fault.
