Welcome to our newest arrival here at the Stucki Farms Resort. The Desert Oasis Villa was features in the 2022 Parade of Homes! This amazing property boasts over 6,200 Sq Ft. 8-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms and amazing amenities! It has been beautifully designed to accommodate large groups. As you walk into this functional and spacious home, it features a grand kitchen with seating for over 20 people. The kitchen and great room both have 20-foot accordion doors which open up to a breathtaking view of Southern Utah at its best. The backyard features an amazing pool w/ built in hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, an outdoor patio area for all to enjoy. The Villa sits 150 feet from the resort pool, lazy river, and farmhouse welcome center. Sleeps 21 in beds. Max occupancy 40.
There is an attached casita with a separate entrance. If you need an additional room, let us know as it is rented separately. It sleeps 4 (King, and pullout sofa).
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming cottage you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
