Very nice hotel conveniently located right at FRA T1. Nice comfortable rooms and I have been staying there for over 10 years. Check-in can sometimes take a while as there are often queues. Nonetheless, highly recommendable.

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel in a really convenient location. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We often stay at the Sheraton the night before we fly out of Germany because it relieves the stress of trying to make it to the airport to catch a flight. Traffic jams are notorious in Germany and a pleasant evening at the Sheraton is a small price to pay for the peace of mind. Plus it’s really easy to catch a train into Frankfurt from the airport. Our only complaint is that there are no signs directing you to the reception desk at the entrance to the hotel. It has been several years since we stayed there and the new signs are really confusing…especially if you are exhausted from traveling. There is a sign that says “Sheraton Bar Restaurants”. Then you walk in and there is a bar and a restaurant. We walked out and saw a sign to the Marriott next door. We went back out into the concourse and only found one entrance to the hotel. We concluded there must be a reception desk somewhere so we drug our luggage through the restaurant area and eventually found the reception desk. Later we had some beers at the restaurant and watched other confused travelers wander around looking for reception. It seems to be a common problem.
