The rooms were fine, the water temperature in the shower was hard to control (either burning hot or freezing cold lol) The first night I stayed there I had to call three times to ask for an extra blanket to be brought to my room before it actually happened. The first time I called they didn’t even ask for my room number. It just seemed like they were trying to get me off the phone. The second and third I called to follow up on the request, the front desk staff had an attitude and barely said anything, but “yep” The restaurant was terrible - the first morning I ate breakfast there I ended up leaving because I had a jampacked day and was waiting for over 40 minutes for my food with no one checking in on me during that time. I ended up having to leave, but honestly, I don’t even think my order was put in… I ordered room service of chicken fingers and fries that night and the chicken was still cold. The next morning, I had breakfast at the restaurant again (because it was included) and the hashbrowns that came with my omelet were stuck together still as if they had just come out out of a frozen bag. Overall, the staff and service at this hotel was very mediocre and I won’t be staying here again unless I absolutely have to.

It was a horrible experience, we were put in a room right beside the elevator which ran steady all night. That’s all we could hear, plus a noisy bathroom fan I couldn’t turn off! The pillows were the worst I have ever encountered solid lumps that smelled of bleach so hard and lumpy you couldn’t rest your head on them! All 4 were like that. Never staying there again!
