Yes the room was neglected, mold in the shower, flickering lights, rust on the bathroom mirror, a dirty fork under the bed, dirty side table. One of the elevators was out of order the entire time. There was only one desk open for check-in and there was always a line up, yet there were extra staff available to help but they stood there talking instead. We were told that there would be a team buffet but there wasn't. We were limited to what we were allowed to order for breakfast and the service was awful!

the room was very old and dated, the heat was stuck on, and my girlfriend was laying in the bed not dressed and i was in the shower and housekeeping walked in, they claimed we had checked out, for the 230 dollars a night i would definitely not return. plus sides check in was very easy, lots of parking

The room was ice cold and took until the middle of the night to warm up. I was much too cold and annoyed from travelling so far I just toughed it out and went to bed. It was so cold I even had to take a hot shower and that didn’t help heat things up
