I’ve always enjoyed my stay for years at this hotel, and while the experience was the same for the most part, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fast, there were a couple of things of a place this time that I would like to note. The light over my nightstand, constantly flickered or even turned off completely at times and the hotel did not respond when I informed them of this via email. Also, the new dispensers in the shower, while containing exceptional products, are placed too close to the wall so as to make it unnecessarily difficult to operate the pumps. The pump for the hair conditioner also did not operate sufficiently, despite my repeated attempts to obtain more than a spit of conditioner. I have very long hair so the fact that I could not condition it out adequately as a result was problematic. Finally, the door to room number 412 did not correctly open up upon being activated with my key. I had to attempt to activate twice and force open the door,every time I entered my room.

The suite we rented had a kitchen. The only appliance for heating food was the smallest microwave I've ever seen. There were several knives, spoons and fork- that's it! No cooking utensils at all. Why bother providing a kitchen at all?

Gym needs a refresh, machines not working and very limited. Pool looks right into gym, it should be tinted or something. Room could be cleaner, very dirty behind the sink in the bathroom and beds and sheets aren’t very comfortable

The hotel was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. There was clearly an issue with my room. Everytime someone on the floor above me used water or flushed the toilet, there would be a large banging noise next to my bed. This startled me awake numerous times and then continued to happen while I was getting ready. It is unlikely that I would stay at this property again.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the main perimeter highway. On arriving we were greeted warmly and promptly and check in was a breeze. There was plenty of well lit parking and a Shoppers and Sobeys within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!
