This was one of the worst hotel stays we have stayed a. There were what seemed like dozens of very young kids who were out of control and rowdy. We went back to the hotel around 10 pm kids & were riding up and down the elevator screaming and yelling. Kids were chasing each other in the main floor corridor. The security man was standing there and I asked him if he was going to do anything and he said he had been asking them all night to calm down but they were taking no notice. Average age was 8. I told this man and that this was absolutely unacceptable. Then at 10:30 we heard a load of kids literally screaming and hollering running down the corridor on the 3rd floor, one kid was chasing them with a hockey stick. We opened the door and basically lost it on them, they laughed and mocked so my husband followed them to their room and had strong words with the lady in the room. At that point it did quieten off. We had a 2 day booking and promptly cancelled the second night the next morning. It was disgraceful. All night long as virtually every room had kids in it from various tournaments, it was nothing but noise.

Wanted an early check in (2 hours early) so called in at start of day and they wanted to charge me an extra $25 for this. I said no to that and just showed up early when got into city and room was ready anyways. Don’t fall for the rip off extra fee.

Our stay was great, however, i think due to it being a time when kids were off for the week and the hotel was expecting high volumes of kids using the pools, they likely overkilled it with pool chemicals. My oldest could only handle 15 minutes in the pool and my youngest powered through, but we left the area with him after 45 minutes. Everything else was fine during our stay.
