Incredibly clean rooms with inbuilt access to wifi and streaming services. Incredibly friendly staff that are always happy to help. Great amenities, cute little fenced dog run area. Food at restaurant is delicious.

The room was quite average, especially considering the price paid. While it was clean and functional, it lacked the comfort and quality you would expect for the rate. The furnishings felt a bit dated, and there wasn’t anything particularly memorable about the space. Overall, it did the job for a short stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. There is a Restaurant attached, which serves lovely food at very affordable prices and I received a free continental breakfast as part of my booking which was really nice.

The staff we’re very accommodating we arrived early and asked if we could have our room as we were attending a funeral and they accommodate us in our request. The room was clean neat and tidy. Amenities were good. If we had a function in Ballina we would definitely stay there again.

PROS: Bed was Super Comphy, lovely cold airconditioning, black out curtains room was nice and dark to sleep in. Massive TV, comfortable couch, Microwave, Bar Fridge and Kettle. Parking Space directly outside the room with enough space to still open car doors comfortably when cars are parked on both sides. Swimming Pool and Spa were refreshing with comfortable sun lounges. Buffet was yummy and only a 5 min walk from our room. Buffet Staff were friendly and happy to bring out replacement items as needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful when I approached them asking where a skip bin is for my rubbish and they kindly took my bag of rubbish for me and when I asked for two fresh towels they stopped what they were doing and got them for me straight away which was really kind and excellent service. CONS: Room needs a deep clean thick dust built up on window sill, Long thick black hair stuck in the shower drain clearly visible Toilet had faecal stains from previous guest.

Photos on the booking page are not an accurate representation of the premises. In reality the “resort” is nothing more than a travellers motel - hence disappointing upon arrival. Having said that, it is a decent and clean motel for a short stay. Friendly staff and free dinner and breakfast are nice bonus.
