Disappointed

We love this place and love every chance we get to drive here summer or winter. I notified the staff that our room had hair in a few places and they just shrugged it off. I have a daughter and any type of this hair where she sleeps or bathes was unacceptable I had to clean before I could even get her cleaned up. The waterpark was equally as disappointing as the upstairs was closed most of the time. We felt leaving like this mini vacation was disappointing. It’s sad when you go on vacation and you can’t plan on the amenities being open.

July 4th outing

Very clean room. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work but otherwise everything else was very nice. Had a little balcony for two. Would stay here again.

The rooms need more attention as the walls were quite dirty and banged up, and carpet and shower did not appear clean. Blinds were dirty old cords were tangled and not easy to adjust. A thorough cleaning, paint and attention would reflect a very nice place.
