Very comfortable stay!

Our stay was wonderful and comfortable! The room was quiet, clean, and very homey! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future when the opportunity for another extended weekend presents itself.

We spent one night here as we passed through Coeur d'Alene. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The fitness room and breakfast were very good. We liked the location, both a short walk to the river path and many restaurants.

GM not willing to refund: unforeseen cancellation

I booked with Staybridges because it appeared to be a nice facility. I needed to cancel the reservation due to a personal situation that came up. I missed the cancellation window by an hour. The hotel was unwilling to be flexible due to my unforeseen situation. Very disappointing given the cost of this hotel. I understand I missed the cut off and I also would expect a business to offer an accommodation to maintain future business. I guess that is there prerogative.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful small city. Appreciated having a couch to sit on rather than sitting on the bed or having only one chair and two people occupying the room. The breakfasts offered standard fare, but better quality than most " good chains".
